Computer Software: There are two main categories of computer software.
1- System Software
2- Application Software
System Software: A program or set of programs to control the all components of the computer is called system software there are many types of system software for example MS- Windows MAC operating system Linux operating system.
Application Software: A set of instructions to perform a specific task or solve the problems of the people of the society is called application software there are many types of application software but some famous application software are MS-Word, MS- Excel, Adobe Photo-shop, Corel Draw, Multimedia etc.
